Fees & Booking

Therapy fee

My fee for all therapy and assessment sessions is £95 per (50 minute) session.

Supervision fee

My standard fee for supervision is £110 per (50 minute) session, with concessionary rates sometime available for charities and individuals on a low income.

Therapy duration

We spend the first two-three sessions building a good picture of your situation, needs, and goals; and then use this information to inform our discussions about how to work together.

You may choose to either work in a time limited way, and depending on the focus of the work, this might be between 10 and 40 weekly sessions in duration. Alternatively, you might prefer to plan for longer term psychotherapy together.

I encourage planning and discussing ending therapy in the preceding weeks or months. You are free to bring therapy to an end when you feel ready to do so.

Suitability for booking an assessment for therapy

If you think that you might like to arrange therapy together, please check that you meet the requirements below:

  • Age 17 or older
  • Residing in the UK, and based here in the UK for any online therapy sessions
  • Current Body Mass Index (BMI) of at least 16.00 and medically stable, for example not losing weight while low weight
  • Able to attend therapy at the same time each week (or twice per week).
Available therapy spaces

I currently provide in-person sessions on a Tuesday afternoon (in BS1), and work online on a Tuesday morning, and on Thursdays.

Please check the privacy notice and get in touch to request my current availability.

How to book an assessment for therapy

If I have suitable availability to potentially offer you, I will invite you to either complete an enquiry form, or arrange a brief telephone call to discuss your enquiry.

I’ll also send you a copy of my terms and conditions (this information is also covered on the FAQ page) and my privacy notice.

Assuming that we agree to go ahead, we’ll then book your first assessment session in, and take things from there.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy for people who are interested in speaking about difficult experiences, while improving functioning in life.

Supervision

Clinical supervision; case consultation; and reflective practice, for individual practitioners and multidisciplinary groups.
